At Shoe Gallery, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time across Pakistan.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframe
We deliver within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch to all cities across Pakistan 🇵🇰

Shipping Rates

Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all major and minor cities across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and all other cities and towns nationwide.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS so you can track your delivery in real time.

Delays
Delivery times may be slightly longer during:

• Public holidays
• Peak sale seasons
• Remote or rural areas (may take up to 7-10 working days)

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services beyond our control.

Wrong Address
Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of placing your order. Shoe Gallery is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
